Leandro Barbosa and James Jones are the only players in playoff history to come back from being down 3-1 twice.

Both were on the 2006 Suns (beat the Lakers). Barbosa was on the 2016 Warriors (beat the Thunder), and Jones was on the 2016 Cavaliers (beat the Warriors).
